Position Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant in the UK, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and support of the SuccessFactors EC module. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) for clients, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the SuccessFactors EC module.

• Configure and customize the SuccessFactors EC module to meet client-specific requirements.

• Perform data migration activities, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation.

• Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors EC with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll) and third-party systems.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure the smooth operation of the SuccessFactors EC module.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in SAP SuccessFactors and other related technologies.

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant. • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) in multiple projects. • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the SuccessFactors EC module. • Experience with data migration, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation. • Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors EC and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll) and third-party systems. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
